Rachel Bingham

Rachel Bingham draws on her experience in individual, family, couple and group therapy to provide her client with multimodal treatment options. She works collaboratively with her client(s) to create opportunities for change that meet the client’s goals in therapy. Rachel’s fluency with a variety of approaches to therapy allows her to offer a flexible treatment plan for a range of concerns, including family conflict, emotional regulation, anxiety and depression, learning disabilities, and marital challenges. By providing clients with well researched tools and skills to navigate complex situations, clients strengthen their ability to process challenging emotions and thoughts, and solve problems in relationships and daily living more flexibly.
